Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. You have 30 days from receiving your order to return it, longer than the legal minimum.

Right of withdrawal: 14 days

As a consumer in the European Union, you have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason. To exercise this right, simply notify us in writing before that period ends, through our contact form, stating your order number. You don't need to fill out any form: any clear statement that you wish to withdraw is valid.

How to request a return

Write to us through our contact form with your order number and we will reply with instructions and the address to send the package to. We do not accept returns that have not been requested in advance.

Condition the product must be returned in

You may examine the product as you would in a physical store. Return it complete and in resalable condition. If its value decreases due to use beyond that simple check, we may proportionally reduce the refunded amount.

Who pays for return shipping

The cost of returning the package to us is borne by the buyer. If the item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we cover it and you pay nothing.

Defective or incorrect items

Check your order when you receive it and let us know as soon as possible through our contact form, attaching a photo of the issue. In most cases we resolve it without you needing to return anything.

Exchanging for another product

The fastest way to get a different product is to request a return of the one you have and place a new, separate order.

Refunds

We will confirm approval as soon as we receive and review the return. The amount is refunded to the same payment method you used, within 14 calendar days of your notification. We may withhold the refund until we receive the item or proof that you have sent it. Your bank may take a few extra days to reflect the credit. Refunds include VAT, and since shipping is free, there are no charges to deduct.
